Santiago's usually does a good job with their breakfast burritos, and I've stopped in several times because they're so tasty. It gets pretty busy in the mornings, but they handle the rush well. However, there was one time I placed a large order for my office--15+ burritos--and overheard them saying to just give me mild instead of hot, probably to get me out the door quicker. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, I've had good experiences with them, and the burritos are still worth it.
I recently ate at this restaurant with a friend. It is the best Mexican food I have had in a very long time. The service was excellent. Next time I get to Denver I will be eating there again.
Ordered 70 tacos for pickup and they had the order ready on time and the process was super easy!!! Their parking lot has a drive through + a handful of spots. Clean inside, although I only picked up. Also they separated all of the burritos by the type in bags which was super convenient for putting them out for my team to eat.
AWESOME BREAKFAST BURRITOS FOR CHEAP! make sure you come before 10am to get the deal, but these burritos are only $3 each! the meat is based off of what they choose for the day. my coworker told me to check this place out while we were in denver and it didn't disappoint! staff was very friendly. they have a small inside to eat-in or they have a drive-thru if you're on the go. i would for sure come back here next time we are in town!

The breakfast burritos have a perfectly soft, warm tortilla filled with egg, potato, green chile, and your choice of meat. The best part is that they are only $2.75 each! It is best to order the meat of the day in your burrito along with one of the desired levels of spice: mild, half and half, or hot. These burritos are hot and ready to go so there is virtually no wait. If you customize your burrito (specific meat, no potatoes, etc) they have to make it for you which takes longer. My order is a half-and-half breakfast burrito because the meat of the day is always tasty and half-and-half has the perfect amount of heat.
